How can I pay for my order?

Oshun Oxtra transactions are processed by PayPal in £(pounds sterling) by credit or debit card or from a Paypal Account. All postage costs will be added to your order at the checkout.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service, it is simply a secure portal for online payments using a credit or debit card.

We do not accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.

How will my order be delivered?

All orders being shipped within the UK are sent 1st Class via Royal Mail and require a signature.

  • Prints will be shipped either rolled in a very strong tube or in a large rigid envelope.
  • Paintings are wrapped and packed according to painting size and frame type (if any) and individually priced according to weight.
  • If your order includes multiple items of different sizes, we may choose to send these in separate packages at no extra cost to you.
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Most artwork is available for international orders but not all qualify due to size or concerns about safe arrival of the product. Please check individual products for international postage options.

Shipping overseas will be sent via Royal Mail’s International signed for service. Please note that shipment to non UK countries may be subject to import duties and tax – Oshun Oxtra takes no responsibility for these charges, these are the responsibility of the customer.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service and take approximately 5-7 days after dispatch.

How long will delivery take?

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Signed For® 1st Class and should only take a day for delivery once dispatched.

International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed service and take approximately 5-7 days after dispatch.

 

Where's my order? It hasn't arrived yet.

If you ordered your print 7 working days ago it should be on its way but feel free to drop us an email if your concerned that it has been a long time on hello@oshunoxtra.com

We will do our best to keep you up-to-date with dispatch details. UK orders are not tracked so risk of loss passes to you once the item has been passed to Royal Mail.

What if I'm not happy with my order?

We do not offer refunds unless your item is damaged and cannot be exchanged for another print in that run or a like-for-like product of the same value.

You may return your item for exchange ONLY within 14 days of receiving your order. All returns are at the customer’s expense.

My print is a different colour, or has different marks to the one online.

Some monitors may display colours of prints incorrectly and the artwork may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen. Hand made prints may have small variations in colour or print quality from the image on the the website, due to the nature of some of the printing processes used. We will always send the best quality print in the edition.

Can I see the work in person?

We do not have a physical ‘shop’ at the moment but we do occasionally have shows or exhibit as part of other events so please check our blog for details of where you may be able to meet us and see the work in person.

Do you offer a framing service?

Unfortunately no, we do not offer a framing service. All of our prints are sold unframed. Some paintings are sold with frames – please see individual product details.

Can I pick up work directly from you?

All of our orders are online only and are dispatched from our HQ. We do not have a physical ‘shop’ for you to collect work from.

Do you accept artist submissions?

We are not taking submissions from artists at this point so please do not send any unsolicited or marketing mail to us.

How safe is your online shop? Is my data collected?

We recognise the importance of protecting your privacy. Any information we collect via contact will not be sold, rented or passed on to any company or individual, ever.

Any personal data relating to you will only be used by us to provide a service. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page for further details.
